Pimptress(Born Ashlee Kendrick December 12,1984 in Clearwater,Florida)was a member of "Absoloot Stress",which consist of three males and one lady. They were not a signed group but a underrated group in the city of Clearwater AKA Wick City. Pimptress and the group member "Dick Bangy" were the stand out members due to their image,swag, and charismatic flow. Pimptress is one of the most lyrical,hardcore,feminine rappers out in her local area. In 1999 Pimptress started writing poetry for her local friends in high school and then began to turn all her poems into rap lyrics speaking about real life situations, such as young boys,high school sweethearts,changes in life,relationships with friends and the real and fake. Pimptress also sings on her songs(Hooks)too, writes her own lyrics of coarse. Pimptress has also stated that she has been singing since she was three years old. One of her favorite songs to sing as a child was "Superwoman" by Karyn White an older R&B singer from back in the day.Pimptress influences are Missy Elliot,Lauren Hill, Da Brat, Tupac,Lil Wayne and the late Aaliyah and Lefteye of the group TLC.Pimptress has done shows all over the Tampa bay area at clubs such as, Liquid Blue, The Atrium, Greenbacks, Page 2, Boomerz, 112, Club NV, Bourbon Street, DTL and a whole lot more venues in other cities and states.
