Mic Check aka M$ is putting music out by way of the greater Philadelphia Area. The 2013 release of "Money Over Misery®" was the freshman album from the Italian-American Emcee. This body of work displays Mic's verbal skill, sharp flow and rustic delivery making for a new age classic hip hop sound. Since the album M$ has been doing shows in the Tri-State Area while working on new material for a 2014 release. "The Franklin Mint is me showing you my progression" says Mic Check. "M.O.M. was a life time of struggle. Ups and Downs. The Franklin Mint is me taking you from that time in my life until now. Were standing at the front door of the mint. All we gotta do is break through and we can press our own money."
