I was born in Grand Rapids(G-Rap or Gunru) michigan in 1980. I always played sports as a kid. I got full ride scholarship to Jackson State University and there is where i learned life front role seat. About a year into Jackson my brother commited suicide and my life was turned up side down after that. So I began writing and spitting lyrics. My favorite artist are Nas, Mobb Deep, Cormega, Jigga Biggie, Pac, all the old school niggas. I picked up some new ones along the way. But i'm sorry music today isnt the same. It doesnt inspire you like the old rappers did and i guess thats where i come in at. I'm working on my CD only so i can shop it around to become a writer. So if you need some lyrics i'm the man with them. I'm on this sight to listen underground artist who bring there emotions to the table. I'm also on this site to hear some gutter beats so i can use on my album. I'll be posting my shit real soon so be on the look out. oh and my name is Mario aka Swavio aka Articles.
