Stevie Ray Vaughan is my main musical influence, not so much for the music he played but for the way he played it. He had a raw powerful style with so much emotion and soul that every note he played rung out with an undescribable intensity.
My guitar is an old '92 Fender Stevie Ray Vaughan Signature Stratocaster with the Brazilian fretboard and I play through a Fender '64 Vibroverb Custom. My main pedal is an Ibanez TS-808 RI modded by Analodman with his True Vintage Mod. When I need a bit more drive I use any of my other overdrive pedals which include a Timmy, Zendrive, Fulltone OCD, Fulltone '69 Slight Return or a Keeley Fuzzhead, it just depends on what I'm sound I'm going for. When I want a really nice clean sound I just play straight thru the 64VV. Occasionally I'll use a Boss DD-3 Delay, a Vox Wah, or a Danelectro Chicken Salad when needed.
