Typically thought of as a black Italian-dominated culture, in 2000 rap. And entertainment took an improbable turn when fans in the streets of Detroit began to notice the man who took on an unconditional love to help raise Detroit. The trend – which quickly crossed over from the urban community and into the mainstream – can be traced to a single source: gold-selling street-favorite rapper, and CEO and successful entrepreneur, and business mogul: "Murda Mike".
To set himself apart from other CEO’s and Business owners Murda Mike donated over $20,000 to special charities, and non-profit organizations within his first year into business. From that trend, he began to promote local Detroit rappers as a DJ, Selling beats, and producing music, to no-mainstream artist. even going so far as to purchase a custom furnished building in the downtown Detroit area to focus on the real-estate aspect, and development of Detroit homes, and distressed property. Bringing families and individuals less unfortunate into a home, as a quick start to move ahead as a beginning of self-recoverment. Fans, Local Senators, families, and other local officials as well as the mayor of the city of Detroit. ( Kwame Kilpatrick) all over the Michigan took note. The seed was planted, a trend born, but like a true leader, Murda Mike quickly moved .. all, by that point, he had an empire, and a Company that is known today to run prominently.
