Hello Wayne, Thanks for the compliment. It is always a challenge to come up with lyrics and music for love songs and ballads. I am learning that the songs and music that are created from the heart have the biggest impact on most folks that really like to listen to music. I am finding that writing this way has also changed my guitar playing style. And yes I have heard from several people that Mississippi is a very affordable place to live and the music scene is really cool too. You never know I could land somewhere between the border of Nashville and Mississippi.
