In a world where it’s widely believed that musical success equals being signed to a record deal or a production deal, it is often very difficult for the independent artist, especially one trying to openly promote somewhat of a positive message, to stand out amongst a crowd, especially when you have artists who, through the outlets that their label provides, can easily connect with the masses. No disrespect to these artists, but the musical world is much bigger than what you see on MTV, BET, store shelves, and the front page of the iTunes store.
I, Cliff Creative, choose to walk a different path (which I am known for doing). I am not going to limit my creativity to just music when it comes to expressing myself and spreading my message, though it will be my main expression outlet. I would rather inspire success from others than flaunt my own. I'd rather be an example of someone with something to contribute to the world besides music. Any famous musician can make a music video with big booty girls and Bentleys (which I love, BTW), but in my opinion it takes a real human being to take a real message to the world. And I'm that guy.
Yeah, I want success, but I want the kind of success that moves and inspires others, much like our current president. I believe that I can do that using my creativity, which I believe is not limited to music.
