Life of Jenny James,
Jenny James was born in Davao City, Philippines in 1985.
Jenny James' father Alfonso Sr. AKA (Ponching) is a professional singer, pianist, and composer and does sequencing for many bands worldwide.
Gloria, Jenny James' mother is a professional singer, having a dynamic range of voice. Jenny James' siblings are all musically talented. Music has been a big part of her life since she was born.
In 2001 Jenny James suddenly lost her mother and in addition to religion, turned to her music as an outlet and an inspiration.
Jenny James started performing at age 5, singing, playing guitar and piano and entered numerous singing competitions through out the years. She has always had a passion and an acute ear for music. Her natural talent was further developed in 2003 when she joined a band; she was a Grand Finalist of Voice of Davao in 2004.
