Kimball has been in the music biz as an artist manager for 12 years, starting with UK legend John Martyn in 1994. In the late 80's, he was the General Manager of Nightstage, a great music venue in Cambridge MA (now closed), promoted concerts at the 500 seat Charles Playhouse in Boston and ran indie record labels for Jonathan Edwards and T Bone Wolk. He also managed Boston's Amy Fairchild and Katie Terrio, Jenny Bruce and Karen Jacobsen from NYC, and the New Birth Brass Band from New Orleans. In 2005, he was production Coordinator for the New Orleans Social Club CD "Sing Me Back Home". Kimball lives just outside Boston, but spends a lot of time in New Orleans, and Austin TX.
