DJ Deminion was born Phillip Groves on April 13th, 1989. DJ Deminion has had a passion for music since the early age of 4. At the age of 5 he started playing the piano. He continued taking lessons for about 11 years until his Freshman year of college. During his final years of piano lessons, he developed a passion for making beats. He started making beats after a friend of his introduced him to making beats. His friend was very successful as a producer in the Hispanic genre of reggaeton. DJ Deminion started making beats in this genre, but realized after a few years that he would be better off making beats in the genre of hip hop and R&B. DJ Deminion is quickly becoming a well-known music producer, and has worked with several up-and-coming artists. Artists include, in Christian rap Three More Apostles in Orlando the hit singles "All We Need" "More than Conquerers" "Awesome God" "Who Got It" "The Element theme song" and other songs to come in the future. In Christian rap he will also be working with God's Baby Girl, and Blessed. In rap and hip hop he has produced the hit single "Celebration" for the group Soldiers of Pain (S.O.P.) He has also produced Lil Gutta, and up-and-coming artist from Memphis "Im so on" and "Listen". In R&B he has produced Lakesha Hutchison from Nashville. Currently he is working with Killa J, a female rapper producing the hit singles "One last call", "Dear Tupac", and "Pitbull in a skirt". Mixtape for Copha prod by DJ Deminion also coming soon.
