Englishman, born 1960, and playing guitar since 1974. My musical taste is broad, although a lot of the mainstream flows round me rather than through me. The music I create for myself is somewhere between jazz and world music, but early listeing to blues and rock shows through (probably more than I would like).
I work in publishing and web development, so music is mostly a hobby. Active in a four-piece jazz band (30s-50s songs re-worked for two guitars, bass and drums), I'm looking to find time to record more of my own pieces and maybe assemble an outfit to play them.
