One of a kind, Picture Perfect, as well as a mogul in the making defines up and coming (19 yr old) Hip Hop Artist/ Lyricist Mona Li$a. (Simona Eversley) From being born on a small British island in the Atlantic Ocean called Bermuda, to moving to Bellwood, IL in 1998; Mona Li$a has embarked on a musical journey and a learning experience that most people would die for. Coming to America with her mother, a single parent of five, changed Mona Li$a's life in so many ways. It all began as poetry, expressing her inner feelings about subjects such as her non-existant father, struggles with finding herself, and her cultural change from Bermuda to America. She has combined both cultures, elements, and life experiences to create her own one of a kind style that most females or even males for that matter cant seem to touch. Her musical influences range from Hip Hop Artist Tupac, B.I.G. Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, Kanyae West, Akon, Lil Kim Missy Elliott to Reggae Artist Bob Marley, Luciano, Sizzla, Collie Buddz, and many more. Presently Mona Li$a is attending college as a back up plan, majoring in Art. (another one of her talents) Completing her 25 track Mixtape "Picture Perfect" as well as shooting and directing low budget music videos that have gained allot of attention from her community.
