Guess you gotta blog to get some attention around here. My last blog got one of my songs up to the highest spot on the charts I've ever gotten. And Im not even really promoting my stuff like that. Plus the blog had nothing to do with music. I guess people just really care about what you have to say sometimes. But anyway, on another note.,,,,,, me being in Decatur, right outside of Atlanta, I think I might go check out this Apache beat battle thing. I might try to get involved one of these days. I'm sure that's a pretty good way to get some exposure. If you're reading this and you've seen it before, let me know what that was like. What was the setup/format and all that stuff? Was there some real talent out there? Do you know of any more spots that do that kind of stuff around the Atlanta area? Yo I'm not really tryin to let the idea of getting paid take over my thoughts but I am tired of givin out freebies to these cheap ex- D boys round here. Talkin bout they gon blow and take you with em. When they material is 100% congruent to everybody else you hearing around the way, Man I'm just tryna catch on somewhere get paid to do something I love. That's a dream job right??

Man I was just sittin here havin one of those moments ya know. Where you do some self reflection on how yo life been goin. Came out pretty disappointing for somebody who actually has a lot to show for himself. I mean I got a degree, I got a family that's together (dysfunctional or not), got a few friends who i can halfway trust. Have a somewhat bright future ahead of me, I guess. But damn, there has to be the biggest black cloud over all the good stuff in my life and its raining negativity all over my parade. And its been so long since I've seen the sun that I just can't help but be pessimistic about everything. I wanted to say more but right now Im just mentally tired. Just make sure you pray everybody. And pray for everybody. Pray for peace. Pray for happiness. Pray for love.
