ONEoak Records is a Canadian independent record label founded by Kwame "Kumo Kenyatta" James and Nique James. The board of directors consists of Geoff Robichaud, Jules Lynch, Derrick Therrien, and George Lambrakos. A subsidiary of EMI Music, the label's title refers to a particular expression that conveys dense, durable, and an all encompassing OAK(durable) TREE(ancestral family), that is nourishing from the core.

Wondered over here from Euphonic, I record there. . . .Dude, Curtis Mayfield and Al Green are my top two favourite artists also. Especially Green, I almost listen to him exclusively- love sampling his stuff to make beats as well.... Just had to weigh in on that. later
