RoaniN Beats, born June 2nd as Roanin N. Anwar in Uppsala, Sweden, is a young musician, composer, producer and performer of Iraqi origin. Being raised around the Swedish hip-hop and techno/electro world, the young producer slowly started becoming part of the music world. At the time, an old keyboard (Casio CTK-411) was the only instrument found in his home, which was Roanin's only option to try to learn the art of music. Since only the age of six, Roanin has been playing the piano on his own.
Growing up with influences such as 2 Pac, Marvin Gaye, Bob Marley, Michael Jackson, etc. as his major inspirations, the youngster started building his own dreams. So, starting off with just a pen and a pad, he started writing his own lyrics. The writing was a good start for him, but there was only one thing missing: the beat. Roanin slowly started working on that too just to try to take another step. While composing music, he knew that this was something he enjoyed doing. This is when Roanin discovered his true side. He realized that writing lyrics wasn't exactly his "thing" and so he started creating his own sound. Roanin thought (and still thinks): "Who says your thoughts and emotions can only be put into words, when it comes to music?". Being relocated from place to place, Roanin was introduced to several other musicians of the same type as himself.
