Ichi-Ban D is just what it says; number one D. Ichi-Ban Numba Won D is something I've came together and put down ever since I realized that I wanted to do it.
A combination of both Hip Hop and R&B is a style that I bring to the table. I love to rap and it's something that I've been doing since before I knew what it was. I would write poetry, but it wouldn't be the same as regular poerty. Mine had a flow to that was different than most, so it evolved into something that I have now.
As far as singing, I've always been interested in singing. Taking chours and pushing myself into a place where many have followed has been my dream, so I worked on my vocals until I finally strayed away from it in 2001.
So togther my style is what it is. I see my self as the R&B B-boy. I've been a b-boy all my life just about, and me incorporating what I have in music has just furthered it even more. Whether it's spinning on my head, poppin and lockin, or poppin lyrics onto a sheet, I love how I do it.
I hope one day that I can stand with the others like Lupe Fiasco, Chris Brown and the many others who have given me inspiration. And working with people in bands from different genres like rock and jazz. Linkin Park and others are people on my list that I would love to work with.
