I just have a passion for music. I am truly not limited in genre. I enjoy a very wide range. The only kind of music I do not care for is the extreme of any genre. Over the edge anything. In other words country is great but the sad, wife left, and dog died stuff just does not cut it for me. Another example is hard core, rock or rap. I love both but just pass on the kill, murder, hate vibe. Sing, dance, play keys, write lyrics, compose beats, melody etc. and listen to the absolute explosive talent of people available to hear since the web explosion of artists. Love it, Love it, Love it! Did I mention I love it?

Rock In Spirit Inspiration

Must is a strong word. I hear it quite often used very "matter of fact". It may jusst be a word but it is influencing a thought process of being a victim or trapped. There really are few things we HAVE to do or say or anything else. Even if we are physically in a HAVE to situation we still have a choice of perception. This of course is the most laborious work we can practice. It shows true courage and strength to dicipline (diciple) the "often scattered" mind to think outside the current circumstaces. (The Box) Wow, it is a freedom however and the word must is then taken back down in to context. I Know Nothing touches on this and sounds at first listen to be a victim, poor me tune I wrote. Listen carefully and you will see it is the opposite. There is power and invulnerability in the act of surrender. Not resign but surrender to what is and then if you really are in a MUST situation you mind will have the freedom to turn around and bring you harmony. Peace in the midst of the storm is not necessarily being happy or in denial in fact it rarely is. Happiness has an opposite, sadness. Where one exists the opporsite will follow. Peace however has no opposite and therefore is preferable to happiness. Death is not the opposite of life. Death is the opposite of birth. Life and Peace are outside the law of polarity. Life and Peace are harmonious and have no opposite the words only point. Experience true peace and find what most of us have searched for since shortly after birth. Instead of looking for live in all the wrong places is should be looking for life in all the wrong places. It never left, it necer will,. it is in essence who you are. You are life. Realize that and peace is yours. This must be.:) I Know Nothing is on my artist page click on the left and listen carefully. LOL
Another Southern California Christmas
Nov 29, 2009
I remember when I was young always wanting a White Christmas like I saw on TV. Since I grew up in So Cal the mountains were only about 45 minutes away. If the snow did not make it then the people on the mountain made the snow. The year came when I actually did have a white xmas. In Jackson Hole Wyoming. Beautiful Condo, skiing, it was great except for one thing. The darn snow. Just to go and get a little air or get something out of the car it was necessary to bundle up in endless layers. Got snowed in a couple times, shoveling snow is hard work, chipping off the ice from the windshield, snow chains, and if your not familiar with driving in this white stuff well, it is stressful. So, I had a great time visiting and that is about all the white xmas I will ever need. A visit is good but I appreciate being able to walk outside and run back in screaming burrrrr it must be below 70 degrees out there. Maybe even below 60. I like to wear my snow boots for fashion purposes only. Getting into my truck and driving without worries about chanins or getting stuck in the snow. Maybe mud but that is on rainy days. When we have rainy day's they are welcome to water our plants and help any shortage we may be having once again. I see it like this, I always wanted to be somewhere else, the snow was always whiter on the other side. This may be so but the grass is definitely greener here in So Cal. I am looking forward to another Southern California Christmas, with the smell of fireplace at first sign of a chil, even a barbque is still a possible smell, the feel of fake snow and the warm sun on my face most days and if the sun does not come out completely it is a rare day when it does not at least peak it's head out for a few moments throughout the day. I love my Country, my state, my region, and even my funky little city. Why? because it is where I live, What is, is perfect for now. Maybe if it became necessary to live somewhere else it does snow, I would decide to enjoy that too. Merry Music Making Christmas, Hannakah, New Year, and just a happy blessed every day!
Tip Toe rarely makes the show.

"If you tip toe through your life, you will only safely reach death". So very true. There are so many times fear has taken me on countless detours. Fear of what? Until recently I never took the time to ask that question. Automatic conditioning is the answer I came up with. It is not valid and probably never was. We are going to the same place anyway, why not take the risks, since the only thing we risk is ego. For me ego has only kept me a prisoner and lies to me all the time. No more tip toe, no loud stomping, just poised and straight ahead walking.

Hi again, I tried to leave a comment on your musicpage about a song, but cannot, so will leave it here! I really enjoyed your song..."I Know Nothing" Very funky groove, love the basslines and your unique vocal stylings...very nice production! I would have to agree about your words..."the older I get the less regrets I have" I feel the same way! ;) after all we're all here to learn! I think life would be a little boring if we never had any obstacles to conquer or work thru! Thanks for sharing your music here...take care!
