Lostpoet Productions was formed in 2007 with the ambition to release poetry and hip hop to the masses. Owner and founder, LP (aka Losian the Lostpoet) is a poet and producer.
Since generating a good buzz with his instrumental albums back in 2006 (Beats for Sleepyheads, Beats for Lyricists), LP has gone on to ;link up with several artists from his native Anaheim, California. Anaheim - (also home to Disneyland) had become a breeding ground for many of California's newest up and coming artists.
LP put together the smash cd, ONE STOP SHOP in 2007. That CD opened the doors of Lostpoet Productions and gave Anaheim and So Cal what they were looking for.
In 2008, Losian the Lostpoet had many on their heels for his debut album. To show his devotion to the music, LP dropped his debut album on 12-31-08 as a free download. The album entitled, DECEPTICA, is available now on www.lostpoet.com
