I grew up listening to soul & blues thru the late 50's & 60's. I saw many of the great blues players including Albert King, Albert Collins, Freddie King, Muddy Waters and many others. Some other favorites I've seen are Jimi Hendrix, Johnny Winter, B.B. King and Tab Benoit.
I'm an 8th generation Texan living in NC. My mom and dad loved music and I grew up listening to alot of big band sound. My dad actually built hi-fi systems in the early 60's.
I got into building guitars about 25 yrs ago and building tube amps about 5 yrs ago.
