Black Succubi was formed in Copenhagen, Denmark in 2005 with a back-to-the-roots agenda of composing and performing the essence of hard and heavy rock'n'roll: Crushing guitars, thundering drums, pounding bass and powerful vocals supported by catchy harmonies and bluesy guitar solos.
After a few line-up changes the band now consists of experienced musicians from bands such as Sons Of Tomorrow, Iron Fire, Symbolic, PitchBlack and Crafted. The music is a mix of heavy riffing that’ll make you pump your fist in the air and melodic hard rock hooklines that’ll force you to scream and shout along, so bring out that cool air guitar of yours and start rocking with Black Succubi.
Black Succubi recorded a new album during the winter of 2007/2008, it contains 12 kick ass songs and will be shopped around for a record deal during the spring of 2008.

New Black Succubi Songs!
Feb 25, 2008
Here you are; two brand new songs "Troubled Minds" and "Into Oblivion" from our forthcoming release! The album, that still lacks a title, was recorded, mixed and mastered at Earplug Studio in Copenhagen. We're very happy with our more melodic, yet still heavy and powerful new sound...and we hope that you'll be too! The recording sessions got postponed a little, but went very well. We even had the pleasure of having some of our close friends recording guest vocals and guitar solos. Hank Shermann of Mercyful Fate and Force Of Evil nailed one of his trademark solos in the song "Cry For Your Brother" and Kirk Backarach of IronFire did some awesome shredding on the killer tune "Troubled Minds". Kirk also contributed to the somewhat spacy rocker "Pshycotic Meltdown". Last, but definately not least, californian singer Rachelle Ramm delivered a great performance singing backing vocals on "Troubled Times". We're very happy and honored to have these friends with us - thank you, guys! We have recorded 12 songs and 10 of them will make it to the album. We are now looking for a label to release and support it, and obviously we expect to play more shows in the future as well. We want to get out there on those stages, rocking with you guys. See you there!
