I'm a geezer musician. Been playing accordion (my main ax) for over 50 years. Also play the banjo, piano, (Cajun style) button accordion, ukulele and I sing. Love Cajun, Zydeco, Tex-Mex, Jug Band, Country Blues, some Blue Grass and alternative variations of the above styles of music. I also like a lot of other kinds of music. Mostly old stuff. I've played in a few bands over the years none of which I'm sure you have ever heard of. The most recent and still in somewhat of a giging mode is Bayou Cadillac. As I have aged I prefer playing for fun when I want to instead of for money when I have to, although filthy lucre is always an incentive to pull out the old squeezebox.
