Star Easy’s humble beginnings are deeply rooted in the small sedated town of Waycross, GA, where he is known to many as Marshard “Shard” McKnight. Before becoming known for his surreal lyrics Star Easy’s reputation preceded him as one of the top quarterbacks in the state of Georgia which earned him a full football scholarship to the University of Rhode Island. While making serious moves in the sports arena, Star Easy also diligently wrote rhymes that earned him several spots on the hottest mixtapes in his local area. This was his way to ensure that he kept his musical passion alive while still being an athlete. Mostly recognized for his intense voice and charismatic swagger, Star Easy soon became known by his hometown as the heart of the community.
