Hello World! I’ve had a lot of questions posed to me about who I am, where I came from, and what’s the Bunnie & Clyde stand for. So I think it’s fair time that I give you what you want. Born March 22, in Christiansted, St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands, at 6 days old I was nicknamed Bunnie. At the age of 9 months, my older brother and I were brought to Georgia by my maternal grandmother. My brother Jay and I were very close. We were often referred to at church and by family friends as Bunnie & Clyde. After a few years we were separated and I haven’t seen my brother since. Hence Bunnie & Clyde, it is more than just a reference for me. Since we were from the ‘islands’ I spent most of my early childhood as the black sheep, at church and at school, due to the ignorance of our own people that there was no need for separation amongst ourselves. When I was about 6 years old, I was at school and I went to the bathroom. As I entered the stall, there was a Caucasian girl entering to my left, and a stuck up African-American girl entering to my right. I constantly wondered what made me any different from them, why was I so different? I sat there and as we all started to use the bathroom at the same time, we all finished at the same time. It seemed almost instantaneous to me at that time. That we are all the same and that the only boundaries that exist are the ones we create for ourselves mentally, socially, and artistically. tell me more about your music and influences. Where do you get the concepts for your tracks? What equipment do you you use to record? You have a very unique style and sound and would like to ear more about it.
