NMG E.N.T (the succeeding branch of 2004’s Bank Roll ENT) was founded in 2006 by KeShawn Palmer, Chris Walker and TJ Woodley. Under the new label Vol.1 and 2 of the NMG Radio series, “Gun Talk” and “Rellz Inferno” by Re2lik (Chris), “Unfinished Business” and “Warfield” by Sincere (TJ) were released. It wasn’t until 2007 that the label got its notoriety with the release of the Teddy B produced “Redemption” by Heat Holduz . The album received local and regional success and also garnishing several top charted songs on Soundclick.com. As you know, with success comes drama. Disagreements and altercations led to several artists leaving the label. With the rebuilding mindset, 2008 sought a new beginning for NMG with the addition of former rivals, “The Usual Suspects”. Production of “NMG Radio Vol.3: Shiest Edition” began in January. Vol.3 was released in April and “NMG Radio 3.1: The Takeover” (including 13 new tracks) was released in June 2008. Although the mixtapes did fair locally, they both failed to acquire as much success as “Redemption”. The label then went on a hiatus only releasing KayMixXx’s “Simply KiKi”; T-Rellz “Introducing…” and Young N-O’s “Mr. 434” as promos in October 2008. Yung Shiest’s “The Eulogy” was released in February 2009 followed by newly signed PCG’s “Talk of the Town” mixtape. Talks of an “NMG Radio Vol.4” surfaced in summer of 2009, later confirmed by the label. The mixtape will feature the Heat Holduz, PCG’s, Kay MixXx, The Usual Suspects and Jhay Dior
