For as far back as I can remember, all I have ever wanted to be was a singer, all I ever wanted to do was write my own songs, because there was no time when I did not wake up with a song in my head! It's taken some years longer than expected, and I've had my own family to raise in that time, but there's one thing you can always count on with a dream that's meant to be : it never fades!
So here I am at last, forging my own path thru Minstrel Ville, and I am doing so without the aid of big production backing bands and tricky gadgets. What you see and hear is exactly what you get - and hopefully! that's exactly what you've been waiting for all this time!
My music is somewheres between country and folk I suppose, and tho' I don't much like to pigeon-hole music to any specific genre, for the sake of those who must have a box to put me in, I hereby dub myself 'Folktry' for now!
I write from experiences both personal and recounted, and at all times I strive for Simplicity.
I look forward to sharing my music with you all ~!
