I am a Native American flute and new age music artist. I am a partner with my wife in Touch the Sky Productions ltd (my label). I released the Kindred Spirits CD in late 2004, produced by Colorado Wolf & Wildlife Center. The CD did extrememly well, and in just a couple of months had sold over 850 copies in the Colorado Springs, Woodland Park, Cripple Creek, Colorado area. After only being on the market a short time, Wolf Center announced that they would no longer be able to produce me. Many people were asking for the CD, so Teri (my wife) and I put together the funds to build a small studio and opened Touch the Sky Productions ltd in 2006. The first order of business has been to remaster, redo the graphics, and re-release the Kindred Spirits CD, which is now on sale through us, several local retailers, and on the internet in physical and digital form. I am currently working on a second CD that I plan to release around Memorial Day 2009. I am also working on a 60 minute musicla score for a Bob Spath special on the "Garden of the Gods" in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Thanks to all of the supporters that encouraged us to get this project going!

Kindred Spirits Reviewed in Glasswerk //UK !!

Released: 3rd February 2008 Label: Touch The Sky Productions Aaron Lawrence is a man with a passion. Not for football, or pizza, or driving fast, no. Wolves. With close ties to the Colorado Wolf & Wildlife Center, Aaron Lawrence creates a wholeheartedly native American sound with flute, keyboard and percussion, combined with nature's sound effects - singing birds, running water, crickets, howling wolves and other such wildlife. This is not meant to be music for the charts, this is not music that you will hear on MTV, this is relaxed, natural music by a passionate man in touch with his spirit. Lyrics in Kindred Spirits are spoken, thanking the Lord for animals and wildlife against a flute backdrop and singing wolves, conjuring up images of man sitting alone on a rock, playing a flute and looking out over a meadow where a few cattle graze. Pan-pipe enthusiasts should take note, this highly native sound is not dissimilar. Aaron Lawrence creates a deep, spiritual, relaxed and contented mood that sends the listener into a calmer, more soothed world. And the most commendable thing about Aaron Lawrence is that he donates a portion of it to the Colorado Wolf & Wildlife Center. Respect. Long live Colorado. Wolf Winter Wonderland
Dec 25, 2007
The 2007 Winter Wonderland at the colorado Wolf & Wildlife Center was a resounding success! Seventy people took tours and the Nature Walk even in the cold! People got to toss pheasant to the wolves for their holiday dinner, and all had a good time. I played in the visitor's center and signed many CDs for folks. It was great!

RadioIndy Review of Kindred Spirits
Nov 25, 2007
"Kindred Spirits" by Aaron Lawrence is a unique and intriguing approach to ambient/new age music. Gathering inspiration from the mystic creature known as the wolf, Aaron's Native American compositions demonstrate a great talent for creating tunes that are pacifying and spiritual in nature. Appropriately mixed with sounds of nature (such as the sounds of waterfall in "Stream Song" and wolves crying in "Choir Practice"), these tunes carry about a new dimension of unrestricted life. When all is said and done, it is easy to see that this CD successfully connects with listeners on a deep spiritual level. -Xavier P. and RadioIndy.com
