Sure~ I used to use Goldwave. I set it to like... stereo so it records voice and the song playing at the same time. But now I use Adobe Audition (Cool Edit Pro). It's a lot easier to use. You can record your voice seperately and mix it in with the music. (The mixing is quite easy to master with Audition as well). Try looking around on the internet.
