started tweaking knobs back in '98 when i was kicking it in around Cleveland City at raves and underground parties [aahh, the good'ole days...].
did studio work, live improvs, live techno sets, collaborations, remixing, and all under the radar as i'd liked it to be. then moved to Columbus and started [digital] djing for a while which i still do and slowly got involved with the artsy/experimental scene and eventually got back to the studio after a while which gave birth to the 'rekloos' moniker which i'm doing most of my work as these days.
my influences range from funk, jazz, worldbeat, electronic, and the most influential: dUb.

my setup consists of a hybrid studio which includes a 24Channel 1983 Allen&Heath System8 Board, MPC1000 and MBPpro w/Live+Logic DAW as my main tools+various analog outboard efx and sound makers as well as the usual arsenal of plugins and VIs.
i make my own cables from scratch, do my own mixing/arrangements/mastering, and occasionally live sets.
