Exclusive Rights - Allow you to use the beat for commercial recordings (for example a mix tape or an album you want to sell). You may also use the beat for non-commercial purposes. When someone buys the Exclusive Rights to the beat you have purchased, your rights shall still stand and the beat is still yours to use
Non Exclusive Rights - The tracks will be used strictly for demo's freestyles and Mix tapes and sound tracks (for non profit )I still owns the beat and is able to resell the beat to any other person until Exclusive Rights have been purchased. You must however give full credit to BatBoy on all commercial recordings.
