The cross on the left, what does it mean to you? Just a symbol? Something 'those' christian like? What is it really? I mean, with so many other things to worry about here on earth, why would that cross matter at all. Well I see it this way. There is alot to do in this world indeed. Many things to accomplish, goals to reach, cars to buy and then pimp :-) , clothes we really WANNA have, girls whose heart we want to conquer, guys that rock our world (not mine :), and so on. In all this we tend to forget about the cross. I'm not saying we don't need to wear clothes, buy a car, look for food, have a boyfriend or girlfriend and so on. No, but what shall it profit a man to gain the whole world and yet looses his own soul? If you need food, you go to the store and buy more. If you need a roof/ shelter, you buy/ rent a house. But what about your own soul? The cross reminds us that Christ died on the cross to save our soul because the reward of sin is death. But Jesus came to give us live, and life more abuntdantly. All we need to do is to accept Him in our life as our Lord and Saviour. Remember, we can seek to survive in this hard world by our own means, but Christ will give you the living water so you will never thirst again. Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all of the above (clohes, food, drink, shelter etc.) shall be added on to you! Peace be with your soul!
