My name is Minister Twanna Y. Ray. I am a gospel artist. I accepted my calling into ministry, August 27th, 2005. I am the Minister of Music and Arts at New Covenant Life Ministries here in Alabama and I own Liberty Outreach.
Liberty Outreach has been in operation since 2001. This is an informational type site that links you to the most talented upcoming artist in ALL genres and aspects of the music industry.
I also carry top information on the music industry for beginners to "seasoned" artists and “behind the scenes" geniuses as well. Should you desire any help in the music industry and are close to or live in the Alabama area, I am available for you and as a music industry consultant I can definitely help you in the areas of management, PR, Marketing and advertising.
Of course my first love is singing so; I am also available for background and lead vocals.
I also teach as a music instructor privately at local studio's and in my home.
Twanna Y'vette Ray is my birth name. If I ever travel with a live band I’ll be sure to give them a blessed name.
I do perform and minister live in several churches across Alabama and I love what I do. All of my performances and ministering experiences are very special to me and I hope to continue for years to come.
For your music needs...choose me; Minister Twanna Y. Ray

Music in Alabama
May 31, 2007
I live in Alabama and its really hard here to break into the music industry. The problem is that you have to have money to get out of here and since no one ever looks for talent in the major cities of Alabama like Decatur, Huntsville and Birmingham, we get left behind. No knows that we exist. There are great musicians here, great singers like myself and what really gets me is that when you send a tape or a package to a label or major company, 50% of the time they send your stuff back un opened or you just never hear from them…ever. I feel like sometimes we are overlooked on purpose and that the artists in Alabama just get looked at as a little state with no talent but in reality lots of starts came from here, but they all had to “leave” Alabama to be seen and or heard. Unfortunately, everyone is not so fortunate.
