Jose Eric Garfias (born June 14, 1990), better known by his stage name JG “El MVP” is a solo singer/song writer/producer/engineer.
Born in Michoacan, Mexico raised in Atlanta, GA and became a song writer/producer/engineer at the age of fifteen. In the early stages of his life, he spent most of his time listening to music and singing in public events. He learned how to play many instruments including the trumpet, baritone, drums, keyboard, and guitar. He developed a nack for music and was given the title “El MVP” because of his multiple talents and unique sound. Having worked with MANY genres of music (Hip Hop, R&B, Reggaeton, Pop, Techno, Rock, Gospel, and Alternative), JG “El MVP” has developed a wide-range of melodic abilities that are easily destinguishable in his music.
He is currently working on his Reggaeton and Hip Hop debut album "Este Es Mi Juego" composed of catchy latin style melodies and grooves.
