I was born and raised in Texas, and I have lived in New England since 2001. I have played in a couple of bands in Houston and now after a long time off from the music scene, I'm back solo using computer software for recording. My band also comes from computer software. I like it, because there are no arguments on how things should be written and everybody shows up to play.
