The X-RATED RYDAS is a new group created by Fresh Kid Ice aka Chris Wong Won. Fresh Kid Ice is one of the founders and members of the legendary, controversial, iconic rap group THE 2 LIVE CREW. With Fresh's racy lyrics and sexually charged stage antics, he, along with fellow 2 Live Crew members, became the pioneers of the sexual music video movement and created one of the biggest rap songs and videos in history with "Me So Horny."
Today, Fresh Kid Ice is continuing his musical crusade with the creation of his new group, the X - RATED RYDAS. "The X-Rated Rydas are the 'New Era'", says Fresh. "I'm bringing the flavor of the style of music I created with the CREW and meshing it with the new generation of Rap."
Group members Fish-N-Gritz, Sean Juan and Reese Mac join Fresh to make up The X-Rated Rydas, along with their DJ, Big Ed. When Fresh met Fish-N-Gritz, they immediately clicked. Also from Miami, Fish-N-Gritz's unique style and charisma began circulating a buzz in the hip hop community, garnering him a spot in The Source's famous section "Unsigned Hype." Group member, Sean Juan, who also dabbles in production, hails from Huntsville, AL. Sean Juan brings his smooth style and risque lyrics, topping off the right mix of chemistry in the group. Rounding out the group is member Reese Mac. Hailing from Chi-town, Reese sprinkles his mid-west flavor and laid back vibe, making the Rydas complete.
