30 year old.
Began playing around with music about 12 years ago,
My set up was predominantly hardware based sampler dig/analog synths and drum machines.
The rise of the VST synth saw all my machinery stored away, and a pc / midi controllers put in its place.
I have evolved over this time from the hardcore scene - to hardtrance - doof - ambient -
The majority of my work up until this point has been very instant, live type stuff. Starting with nothing and ending with the same, not spending weeks and weeks on songs has allowed me to experiment with a few things.
Recently delving into the black art off circuit bending, I have successfully moded a few old Roland machines, samples off which are used extensively.
I think I have found an equilibrium with my music now, the beet is less restricted within the 4/4, it allows everything else to move above and below easier.
