BLUES HERITAGE CONTEST 2007 Compo10.com together with the Lakeside Blues Festival (www.puistoblues.fi) organizes a blues song writing contest based on blues heritage. The first part of the contest is organized on the internet during 6 weeks from the 19th of February to the 1st of April A local Jury consisting of music professionals will select out of the received entries 60 compositions + lyrics (when applicable) to be participating in 6 weekly competitions ( ten each week )! The winner of each week will be invited to participate in the finals in Järvenpää, Finland on the 29th of June, 2007. The Jury will award a grand prize of USD 3,000 to the winner of the finals in Finland. Deadline for song submissions is January 31, 2007 Rules and regulations - IMPORTANT!!!!
