Hailing from Jones County/Macon,GA, comes a force that the rap game has never witnessed. BLACK BILL: Da County Comissioner is a rare artist in today's industry full of gimmicks. As a dedicated writer and artist, Black Bill has brought his talent to the forefront of the Middle-Georgia underground rap-scene. After bouncing back from a series of unfortunate events, BLACK has pledged to attack the rap game harder than ever. With a demo/promo cd, One (online exclusive) mixtape, and several rap competition titles under his belt, BLACK BILL is definitely ready to grab the game by the kneck. IN THE LINE OF FIRE was recorded and released online in mid 2007. The album was never released to the streets due to recording quality, but the signs of a star were present. In January 2008,he put out a THE BLACK TESTAMENT promo cd in the streets of Gray, Macon, and Savannah Georgia. Both of these cd's are available for FREE DOWNLOAD at www.datpiff.com. Since his January release, it has become clear that Black has ideas of flooding the state and eventually the nation with raw mixtape material. With more fan anticipation than ever, BLACK FRIDAY hosted by DJ KOKAINE will be released the first friday in Oct. This mixtape definitely shows growth, effort, and million-dollar talent.
