‘Swinburne disappeared without trace when he was only three years old. His folks, worked for a medical research company and were sent on safari to collect rare herbs and plants for medicinal experiments and they took him with them. One day, on the edge of an African plain, their camp was attacked by a group of hungry Lions and they were dragged off into the bush never to be seen or heard of again. Little Swinburne however, covered from head to foot in Lion repellent escaped uneaten and was later found wandering in the wild by a famished indigenous foot wandering tribe. More than half of them thought he might make a tasty dinner and wanted to cook him, but their witchdoctors famous throughout Africa for proclaiming everlasting life for themselves only, foretold that a day would come when the boy would be an asset to the tribe and pay for his keep. This prophecy proved true, but none of them lived long enough to find out. Later in life, Swinburne made himself an electric guitar out of a fallen tree branch and built a sound recording studio in a mud hut. The rest you only have to mooch round this soundclick page to find out.

Hi! Thanks for adding me to you list of friends. I'm sorry it's taken me about a year to acknowledge you :) I really like "Graz Guy" - shades of Ravel and Debussy about that one. Oh, and thanks for adding my Debussy arrangement to your station. Best Wishes BF
