SuperHuman was formed in 2004 by guitarist Uldis, a well known rock musician from Riga, Latvia. “It was a tough road.’’ he explains, “It took almost a year to find the right people who really know how to rock’ n roll. We are all about playing pure rock’ n roll, attitude and all – accept it, or step back, just listen to our music – it speaks for itself!” Uldis says with a grin. The sound of SuperHuman is a blend of heavy guitar riffs and great melodies. Their live performances support this vision. It’s a rock’n roll show packed full of energy and emotion. They have been actively touring throughout Latvia and Estonia gaining momentum and broadening their fan base. A recent career highlight for the band was supporting Billy Idol on his tour in Baltic countries which was a great experience for the guys. A collaboration with British producer Greg Haver (Lost Prophets, Manic Street Preachers, Breed 77 ) brings us SuperHuman’s debut four song EP - Taste It which was released at the end of last year and is a big hit in their home country Latvia. “This EP covers both sides of our sound.” explains SuperHuman’s vocalist Kristian “At times it’s heavy, rockin’ and full of energy - at times a lyric or a melody touches you on a very personal level.” The band has just finished recording their full lenght debut album and working on their first video for single Hey You.
