I've been playing guitar since I was 16 and am entirely self taught, however that's soon to change. I broke my neck shortly after my 27th birthday but by some miracle I can still walk, run, play guitar, and live. I have been battling with carpal tunnel syndrome in my hands and cubital tunnel syndrome in my left elbow. As a result I had to give up playing guitar for 2 years. It is currently June 2016 and I am recovering from the surgeries and I can finally play without getting numb. Its incredible how much you realize you missed something when you had to give it up so long and its such a strong part of your life. I can't wait to see my progression as a musician from now until the end of my life.
