I have been playing drums for about 35 years, did my first pro gig at age 12 at a hotel pool deck. Toured the USA with Willy Bouton and Southern Thunder during the early to mid 90's playing the country dance club scene. Opend to many concerts for maj artists to mention here. Played with Eric Todd and Blind Ambition in the late 90's as well as being a member of the Daytona Opry cast. Formed a short lived band called Wild Rider and after that fell apart I then joined Will B and his brother Charlie Allen playing the Rockin' Ranch and Boot Hill here in the Daytona Beach area. Somewhere between Wild rider and the Bouton Brothers I met Brian Smiles and we formed a trio for a while with my long time friend and ex Southern Thunder and Wild Rider bass player Micalini. The Big B Smiles band line up has changed a number of times with Brian and myself being the only constants, all the while trying to find a bass player that dosent play bass like a gtr and a fourth member to fill in the holes. We tried gtr and keyboard players but none quite fit the bill for whatever reason. Untill... we decided to do a demo recording at Earwaves studio here in the Daytona area and met Gil, we were having a problem with the most curent in a long line of bass players and Gil stepped up to the plate and hit a homerun. We also added a long time friend of mine and ex Bouton Brothers keyboardist Karen Allen to the lineup. The current line up can be heard at various places here in the Central florida area.
