Rising Country singer Britany A. Young continues to "wow" the crowd and Nashville producers with her true alto voice. Britany grew up in small town, Gladbrook, IA, with her mother and grandparents. Ever since an early age Britany has been an entertainer, but her family never expected her to become so involved with singing. "I cry everytime I listen to her sing..." says Grandmother Shirley Young, "I know performing is her dream and we are behind her all of the way! She has the determination and will make it!" A quote from a recent interview from Britany; "Singing is my way of expressing the talent that God has given me. I want to share my voice with the world and show everyone that you dont have to fit the mold, and certanly dont have to be a size two to make it in any genre of music!" The songs you are hearing are from Britany's first Album recorded in Nashville, March of 2005, at the age of 18. Now at age 21 Britany is currently writing original songs for her second album!
