Anthony Richards has been playing music since 2002. Because he didn't know how to play guitar at the time, he did only vocals. He's been in a few bands but nothing too major. Working with a band really wasn't right for him so he borrowed a guitar from a band member and started teaching himself how to play. He realized in 2005 that he would be better off playing solo and started working on a cd (Under Construction). He started recording it in 2006 and in the beginning of 2007 it was finally finished. Anthony Richards is an Emo / Acoustic solo artist. His unique voice and his guitar techniques makes the perfect combination. He believes that he can change the cliche of acoustic music from the typical soft voice and “happy” music to more of an emotional heartache with an occasional happy ending.
