First captivated by the groove of detroit’s masters, after seing some of them twisting the turntables, he plan to do the same. And he did so, with fun. Ten years later, after remembering the impact on him of The Godfather’s soundtrack the first time he saw it, and bored of turning around with other’s sound and play at the musical chair with the too many djs around, he decided that it was time to give to his music the attention and the work it deserves. Theater, danse, website, art installation, projects of all kind; theres is no place where he feel he can’t go with his music. His shyness try sometimes to prove him useless, but he deeply know that he’s not. Music is everything. Music is everywhere.
deluge. It is the emancipation of an energy in an infinite space. Deployment of a force through a serenity. The deluge project is the rhythmic and melancholic continuity of the tlon project, all two alter-ego of Jean-Sebastien Roux, creative recluse from Montreal. With four albums in bank, whose two last were released on the very prolific and interesting german netlabel Autoplate, the tlon project left to hibernate. If it returns from this sleep, it will be to explore a more experimental approach of the music and sound. deluge is on his way with an obvious desire to bring a small something new and fresh to the electronic music."
