I was brought up to have an open mind, and I think I do for the most part. I like a lot of different music from R&B to Rock to Classic Rock to Country, and a lot of stuff in between. I figure if I can play something that appeals to my sons, niece and nephews, then I 'm doing OK. A little a time, I find myself not trying to write/play stuff that I think they'd like. Over time it's becoming more and more important whether I like it or not. I haven't much time to devote to my music over the last year, but I plan to make much more of an effort in the coming year. I'd like to record a song per month for the upcoming year, or as close as I can reasonably get.
