I'm not a particularly prolific artist but I have managed to accumulate a decent amount of original material over the years. Problem is I'm lazy and I have a hard time motivating myself to record it. It doesn't help that I have absolutely no help in recording/writing/playing and my musicianship/voice isn't all that great but to make matters worse I am a musical mess. Inconsistent and conflicting styles make me a walking contradiction. The few samples that I have managed to record on here don't even begin to encompass how vastly different I can sound from song to song.
Sadly the material that did make it on here isn't even my best material. It was just whatever I was diddling around with that week when all the planets aligned and I suddenly became motivated enough to record. That doesn't mean that it sucks necessarily but even "Face of God" was just a throw away that was made up on the spot as I was simultaneously recording it. But for a throw away I still like it even if most people don't.
