I compose because I am compelled to. I write what is spoken through my soul to my heart and translated by my brain. All the music that he world hears pre-existed in its entirety in anoher realm, and just like Michaelangelo composers use the tools of our trade to set it free for the world to enjoy.
I'm primarily self taught when it comes orchestration. I have not had any formal training in this area. I studied piano for many years and took Harmony I and II, Basic Music Theory at Los Angeles City College.
