“Maggie & The Misfits” Traditional Country Music Maggie & The Misfits were formed in May of 2004 performing Traditional Country Music, prior to 1980 In August 2006 a new group of musicians were put together. We only play traditional country prior to 1980 We are not only a dance band we also perform a show, Tribute To The Legends. We add other performers as needed. They say to get a repeat performance is a high honor. So far we have been back or are scheduled for repeat performances every place we have played!!! Dances and Legends shows We get a LOT of comments about the style of music we play: Wow, I haven’t heard that song in years You guys not only play country, you sound and dress country One couple told us....they really enjoyed themselves and the music, and that a night out don’t get no better then that. If we know there is a guest musician or singer in the house, we usually ask them to get up and sing or play a couple songs. For the short times this group has been working together, we already have a small following. But we can’t guarantee all will follow us everywhere we play.
