I am the single parent of two great girls. I've been playing bass for 37 years (guitar and drums longer than that!) I have trained in the Martial Arts for over 6 and 1/2 years and love it. I am fun loving, I love to laugh, and never really take myself or anything too seriously!! Currently my major project is my original band "Waiting for Helen", and you can check out our initial release, "It's About Time!" at soundclick.com/waitingforhelen,or, you can go to CDBABY.COM/CD/WAITINGFORHELEN if you wish to purchase the actual CD, OR NOW........on iTunes! .........soon Napster (if downloading from SOUNDCLICK is not your thing!). W4H is currently in the process of recording new material (along with a favorite that didn't make it to "It's About Time") for our second release. The major flavor of this effort will be primarily blues rock. Stay Tuned!! I have been honored to fill in for my good friend Pete Bremy with his (and my good friend)(s) Jeff and AnnMarie Guenther in their "Retofitz" project. It is a very rockin' classic rock band. Keep checking back here as there are about 6 gigs in the upcoming 3-4 months that I will be playing with them. I have been blessed to play w/ some of Northern New Jersey's best musicians over the past 30-35 years and it has broadened my musical horizons immeasurably! Thanx for stopping by, leave some comments if you wish, and hope to speak with you soon!

Hey brother, glad you liked "After all you're a woman". That song is actually about my x-wife lol. But I have caught sooooo much flack over that song, all from women you kow lol. Im also glad to meet a fellow bass player. I do all the instruments on my songs, but my heart is on the bass. Take are man, and keep it jammin'.

Hi Joey, Paul here, thanks for your kind comments, it's much appreciated. Although we record various types of music I guess blues rock is my first love and we'll always touch base and return to it from time to time and you guys sound like the real deal to me, I'd love to see you live. Yeah Johnny Winter was a big influence on me as a young man and I also saw him a few times during the 70's, I understand he's in poor health these days but the fingers are still working fine! Bless him, I think he continues to inspire a lot of guitarists including me. Keep on rockin' and hope to be in touch again soon. Cheers and all the best.
