i have a new favorite CD Lupe Fiasco's The Cool if you didnt know the cool is an abstract concept album that follows the life of Micheal Young History (My Cool Young History/Micheal Young His Story) who is introduced in lupe's first album on a song called the cool and he say she say the cool (the cd) follows his story threw his death and his involvement with 2 super natural beings call the game and the streets who are introduced in a song on one of his mixtapes called the pills cop it download it borrow it steal it what ever you need to do to hear it just hear the cd jay-z calls "the most important album of our time by the greatest writer of our and arguably all time" ~true story

WHATS THE POINT!!!!!!!!!!! more and more i find myself saying that i understand the music business isnt easy to make it big in but i feel like all i need is a fair shot some small record label to see me and believe in what im doing or some manager who sees what real hip hop is but the more and more i try the no closer i am when i was little and the teacher asked me what was my dream in life i told them i had no dreams because dreams end and people wake up i told them i am a rapper i am a producer no dreams about it but now almost 10 years plus later i find myself in the same spot i feel like a dog chasing his tail a part of me wants to say fuck it and give up and another part of me is telling me to keep pushing i mean im still young theres no reason why i cant make it it just hasnt happened yet right? i mean in my mind theres no one as good as me at my age and hip hop is a mental sport and your mind gets sharper with time so of course with more time i can be the greatest ever but whats the point if no one hears me im really really frustrated with the way things are going its like as soon as i feel im close things are just snatched away from me and im left askig WHATS THE POINT??!!??1

the reason i created a soundclick page was for people to experience my music and consequently myself as a whole so i figured what better way besides music could i get my vision out well this is what i came up with a blog Random Thoughts which is just that my personal opinion on any and every subject so for my first blog i figure i should talk about one thing i have alot of opinions about ~the rap game~ lyricism is dead and you know who killed it????????? the fans the more and more we buy into these gimmicks the more gimmicks will be created we control music instead of buying a cd from some fake scarface (tony montana) character buy a cd by a real rapper im tired of hearing the some old story about how you sold millions and millions of tons of drugs and how you killed numerous people first off if you did all this why are you telling us i know real cats in the streets and real dudes that did it dont sing about it and im not saying rapping about drugs and stuff like that is a bad thing heII i do it myself but like Picasso dont just paint the flower paint every shadow paint every change in hue where the light hits that leaf thats starting to turn brown rap is an art form stop buying from these finger paint amateurs and another thing im tired of hearing the ghetto hokie pokie im not "krankin" sh!t and how the fuck do you YULE!!! can anybody tell me what that song is about the only reason people like it is because it has a dance to it ~tru story if you disagree i dont really care if you want to hear my opinion on anything else tell me
